Constitutional Freedom Foundation

Preserving the First Freedoms of America

As freedoms of speech and religion erode across the globe, the United States Constitution remains humanity's greatest bulwark against tyranny. We are dedicated to educating citizens and defending these sacred rights for future generations.

Our Mission

A Voice for Morality, Family Values, and Constitutional Fidelity

America has always counted on the decency and morality of its people to preserve our values, our Constitution, and our moral institutions. The Constitutional Freedom Foundation has been formed to be a voice of morality, family values, and responsibility in the courts and in the public square.

We do everything in our power to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to preserve the principles upon which it is based — for this generation and for those who will follow.

Our Foundation

Three Pillars of Constitutional Liberty

Defend the First Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech. These are not privileges — they are God-given rights enshrined in our founding document.

Uphold Constitutional Fidelity

We believe in interpreting the Constitution as its framers intended — not as a 'living document' to be reshaped by judicial activism. Jefferson warned that gradual usurpation of power would ultimately consolidate all government in Washington.

Educate the Citizens

These principles are no longer generally taught by our history and political science teachers. Our series of Constitutional Primers by Timothy B. Lewis is designed to reacquaint Americans with their constitutional roots.

The Founders' Vision
"It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and the Bible."
— George Washington

The Constitutional Convention of 1787 produced the most enduring framework for human liberty ever devised. The Founders understood that freedom without virtue was unsustainable — and that religion was the guardian of that virtue.

A Global Crisis

Freedom of Speech and Religion Are Being Rapidly Eroded Worldwide

According to Aid to the Church in Need's 2025 report, more than 5.4 billion people — two-thirds of humanity — face violations of religious freedom. In country after country, governments are silencing dissent, banning worship, and criminalizing speech.

The United States Constitution, and specifically the First Amendment, stands as the world's most powerful legal protection for these freedoms. Understanding and defending it has never been more urgent.

Wisdom of the Ages

Words That Still Ring True

"

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

— John Adams
"

The Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern.

— Daniel Webster
"

God who gave us life gave us liberty. Can the liberties of a nation be secure when we have removed a conviction that these liberties are a gift of God?

— Thomas Jefferson
Take Action

The Preservation of Liberty Requires the Vigilance of Every Citizen

"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you."

— Winston Churchill
